**ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Healthcare CSR to join our rapidly expanding team. **Responsibilities:**

-   Manage email inbox and respond to provider inquiries
-   Process referrals to clinicians
-   Assist employees with general inquiries
-   Coordinate patient/client intake
-   Provide administrative support, including help with provider schedules, referrals, and inquiries

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months experience handling a **healthcare account (Intake Coordinator)**
-   With experience in coordinating with **providers** and **clinicians**
-   Good verbal & written English skills
-   Proficient with MS Tools
-   Amenable working onsite in **Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong**
-   Willing to work **night shifts**
