**Account Specific Roles & Responsibilities**

-   Maintain accurate customer account records and apply payments correctly.
-   Monitor outstanding receivables and identify overdue accounts.
-   Process various payment types and ensure accurate system posting.
-   Perform weekly/monthly AR reconciliations and prepare aging and financial reports.
-   Investigate billing issues, coordinate with internal teams, and issue credit notes or adjustments when needed.

## Requirements

-   Graduate of **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.
-   At least **6 months** work experience in **Billing and Invoicing**
-   Experience with any **accounting software** (QuickBooks is an advantage)
-   Proficiency in using **MS Excel (SUM, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Query Function)**
-   High analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
-   Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
-   Willing to work onsite in **Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable to working night shift
