**Responsibilities:**

-   Handle calls related to payroll concerns through inbound/outbound calls.           
-   Sends email/respond to intercom related to payroll concerns           
-   Do outbound calls to facilities and nurses if needed.              
-   Meet or exceed individual and team targets.

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months of BPO experience in a Voice Account
-   Payroll experience is a PLUS, not required.
-   Excellent verbal and written English skills
-   Willing to work onsite in **Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shift
