### Account specific roles and responsibilities

-   Verify patients’ insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details.
-   Contact insurance providers to confirm benefits, coverage limitations, deductibles, copayments, and authorization requirements.
-   Process and submit medical claims accurately and within established timelines.
-   Monitor claim statuses and follow up on pending, rejected, or denied claims.
-   Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate claim corrections or resubmissions.
-   Maintain accurate patient insurance and billing records.
-   Communicate with internal teams, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve billing and coverage concerns.
-   Ensure compliance with payer requirements and internal procedures.

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months BPO experience handling US Healthcare Insurance
-   Experience with claims, denials, appeals
-   Must have VOB (Verification of Benefits) experience
-   Strong problem-solving skills 
-   Adaptability to a changing work environment  
-   Ability to remain calm under pressure 
-   Good verbal and written English skills
-   Willing to work onsite in Makati
-   Amenable working night shifts
