### Account specific roles and responsibilities

-   Process invoice, deposits, Activity Logs, SOX Report and other AR tasks
-   Processing payments such as tracking, making bank deposits and running reports
-   Properly track payments into the system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records
-   Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets
-   Communicating with clients request regarding additional assigned tasks
-   Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information
-   Extremely organized to keep track of all emails, letters and calls related to client invoices.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-   1 - 2 years experience in Bookkeeping, General accounting (AP/AR), or similar
-   Knowledge of different accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct is an advantage.
-   Proficiency in using MS Excel
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-   Good verbal and written English skills
-   Willing to work onsite in **Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shift
