**Account specific roles and responsibilities:**

-   Receive and process daily bank deposit lists provided by the onshore team.
-   Accurately post cash receipts, electronic payments, and paper checks into the accounting or billing system.
-   Reconcile payment postings with remittance advices and bank deposits.
-   Identify and investigate discrepancies when payments and records do not match, ensuring timely resolution.
-   Maintain detailed records of all transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
-   Handle different posting workflows for electronic and paper check payments, adhering to standard turnaround times.
-   Communicate with the onshore team regarding unresolved posting issues or missing information.
-   Assist with month-end close and cash reconciliation activities as required.
-   Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months BPO experience
-   Experience in healthcare/finance is a PLUS!
-   Must be detail oriented
-   Proficient in using MS Excel
-   Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-   Good verbal and written English skills
-   Willing to work onsite in MAKATI
-   Amenable working night shifts
