Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities**

-   Complete and submit prior authorization forms accurately and efficiently.
-   Research medications and treatments using trusted online resources, including Google and clinical databases, to understand their use and relevance to requests.
-   Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to gather and verify information as needed.
-   Track and follow up on submitted authorizations to ensure timely approvals.
-   Maintain accurate records of all authorization requests and outcomes.

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months BPO experience handling a **US Healthcare Account**
-   Knowledge in submitting and processing Prior-Authorization is a **PLUS, not required**
-   Good verbal and written English skills
-   Willing to work onsite in **Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shift
