**Account specific roles and responsibilities:**

-   Manage the end-to-end processing of medical record requests.
-   Allocate documents and assign them to the appropriate folders or workflows.
-   Handle inbound calls related to medical record inquiries and requests.
-   Process and send requested medical records accurately and within established turnaround times.
-   Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of medical record requests.
-   Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies regarding patient confidentiality and data security.
-   Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to medical record processing.
-   Perform quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of records before release.
-   Meet productivity, quality, and service level targets.

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months BPO experience
-   Healthcare Account experience is a **PLUS**
-   Excellent verbal and written English skills
-   Strong attention to details
-   Willing to work onsite in **Buendia, Makati**
-   Amenable working night shift
