Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities**

-   Monitor automated alerts for high-cost medications that are non-covered or have lower-cost alternatives available
-   Assess suggested therapeutic alternatives for clinical appropriateness and cost-effectiveness
-   Contact healthcare facilities in real time to communicate recommendations for medication substitution
-   Collaborate with providers, pharmacists, and care teams to facilitate timely decision-making
-   Document interventions, recommendations, and outcomes in accordance with organizational standards
-   Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, payer policies, and regulatory requirements
-   Support initiatives aimed at reducing overall medication costs without compromising patient care

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months BPO experience handling a **US Healthcare Account**
-   **E**xperience with **Medication/Prescription** is a **PLUS**
-   Excellent verbal and written English skills
-   Willing to work onsite in **Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shift
