-   Support daily team operations by monitoring productivity and quality, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance with client processes and company standards.
-   Provide coaching and guidance to team members, assist with escalations, monitor performance.
-   Support the Team Lead in achieving operational goals.

## Requirements

-   At least 1 year of BPO experience
-   At least 1 year experience as Team Lead/SME/Senior Agent
-   Experience providing coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members
-   Strong attention to detail
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
-   Excellent written and verbal English communication skills​
-   Amenable to work ONSITE in Buendia, Makati
-   Willing to work on night shifts​
