**Account Specific Roles & Responsibilities**

-   Perform daily deposit posting and reconcile bank transactions within the accounting system
-   Ensure accurate and timely transaction entry with strong attention to detail
-   Review and match bank records against internal accounting data to identify discrepancies
-   Follow established reconciliation procedures and process instructions with minimal error
-   Maintain organized financial records and support overall accounting operations
-   Assist in resolving transaction discrepancies and reporting issues as needed
-   Support accounting and finance teams with routine reconciliation and data entry tasks

## Requirements

-   Graduate of **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.
-   At least **6 months** work experience in **Accounting**, **Billing, Invoicing, or related**
-   Experience with any **accounting software**
-   Knowledge with **MS Excel / Google Sheets**
-   High analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
-   Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
-   Willing to work onsite in **Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable to working night shift
