**Responsibilities:**

-   Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
-   Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers
-   Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person
-   Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills
-   Meet or exceed individual/team targets

## Requirements

-   At least 1 year BPO experience
-   Has email/ticketing support experience
-   A background in automotive, logistics and e-commerce is a plus
-   Excellent verbal & written English skills
-   Must be detail-oriented and displays critical thinking
-   Willing to work on site in **Makati**
-   Amenable working night shift
