**Responsibilities:**

-   Accurately enter invoices into the client management system
-   Add and maintain new vendor records in the client system
-   Update and manage invoice records within the client tool
-   Process client HR-related tasks, including documentation and record maintenance
-   Handle client payroll processing activities with accuracy and confidentiality
-   Perform general accounting tasks, including reconciliations and financial data management
-   Make outbound calls to stakeholders when required for follow-ups or clarifications
-   Send and receive reports via email in a timely and professional manner
-   Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes

## Requirements

-   With bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field**
-   BPO Experience is a PLUS
-   Excellent verbal and written English skills
-   Proficiency in using **MS Excel** (Pivot, XLOOKUP, Index Match)
-   Must be keen to details
-   Willing to work onsite in **Buendia, Makati**
-   Amenable working night shift
