**Roles and responsibilities:**

-   Collect outstanding balances from patients.
-   Contact patients regarding overdue accounts and payment obligations.
-   Negotiate payment arrangements and payment plans.
-   Update and maintain accurate account records.
-   Address patient billing inquiries and concerns.
-   Follow up on unpaid accounts to ensure timely resolution.
-   Provide professional and courteous customer service throughout the collection process.

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months Collections experience (BPO)
-   Healthcare Account experience is an advantage
-   Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
-   Good verbal and written English skills
-   Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-   **Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong**
-   **Amenable working night shift**
