**Roles and responsibilities:**

**Account Payables Processing**               

-   Review invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and supporting document           
-   Validate invoice details and payment requirements           

-   Preparation and creation of Form 2307 for withholding taxes           

-   Record transaction in accounting system (QB)           

-   Check Printing           

**Petty Cash Monitoring**               

-   Cash Advances and Reimbursement monitoring           
-   Ensure validation of receipts liquidations           

-   Verify liquidation and accountabilities           

**Financial Record Keeping**               

-   Review documents for completeness and validity           

-   Assign reference number and classify documents           

-   Scan and store documents in digital repository           

-   File physical documents in secure storage           

-   Maintain labeled folders and controlled access           

**Financial Reconciliation**               

-   Perform reconciliation review           

-   Prepare reconciliation report and adjustments

## Requirements

-   Must be an **Accountancy graduate** or **related**
-   Must have at least **6 months**’ work experience in **Accounting** **(AP, AR, Bookkeeping)**
-   Has knowledge with **BIR Rules** and **Taxation** 
-   Good verbal and written English skills
-   Willing to work in **Buendia, Makati**
-   Amenable working night shifts
