**Account specific roles and responsibilities:**

-   Ensure documentation meets required standards and guidelines.
-   Identify discrepancies and provide feedback as needed.
-   Maintain organized records and track review progress.
-   Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality targets.
-   Review note sessions for accuracy and completeness.

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months BPO experience (Healthcare Account Experience is a PLUS)
-   ABA experience is an advantage
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-   Good written and verbal English communication skills
-   Strong system navigation and multitasking abilities
-   Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-   Willing to work onsite in **Shaw Blvd,** **Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shift
