### Account specific roles and responsibilities

-   Manage AR processes specific to revenue cycle management
-   Handle accounts related to Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance (including Humana)
-   Process and reconcile co-insurance and employer compensation accounts
-   Review and work on unbilled reports, ensuring all claims are submitted promptly and accurately
-   Research and resolve payment discrepancies and denials
-   Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up notes in the system
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with billing and payer requirements

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months BPO experience handling Accounts Receivable or Revenue Cycle Management (Healthcare Account)

-   Good working knowledge with Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance (Humana)
-   Proficient in using MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Etc.)
-   Good verbal and written English skills
-   Willing to work onsite in **Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shift
