**Account specific roles and responsibilities:**

-   Review and audit session notes submitted by ABA Therapists for accuracy and completeness
-   Ensure documentation meets required standards and guidelines
-   Identify discrepancies and provide feedback as needed
-   Maintain organized records and track review progress
-   Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality targets

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months BPO experience
-   Experience handling **Pre-Authorization** is a **PLUS**, not required
-   Good verbal and written English communication skills
-   Willing to work onsite in **Shaw Blvd,** **Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shift
