**Responsibilities:**

-   Review and verify applicant documents, including licenses, certifications, background checks, and other required credentialing records.
-   Ensure submitted documentation is complete, accurate, and meets established credentialing requirements.
-   Communicate with applicants to request missing or additional documentation as needed.
-   Respond promptly and professionally to applicant inquiries via email and chat.
-   Maintain accurate records of applicant documentation and credentialing status.
-   Support the credentialing process by following established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months of BPO experience
-   Credentialing experience is an advantage
-   Must be keen to details
-   Good verbal and written English skills
-   Willing to work onsite in **Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shift
