## Description

**ISTA Personnel Solutions** is a dynamic and fast-growing **BPO company**. We are not a recruitment agency. We operate as a dedicated extension of our clients’ teams, providing high-quality operational support to U.S.-based businesses.

We are currently seeking a experienced **Recruiter** to join our team and support a leading U.S.-based ABA therapy services provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening, interviewing, and supporting the recruitment of qualified healthcare professionals, with a strong focus on **ABA Therapists, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and other ABA professionals.**

**PLEASE NOTE:**

-   **Working Hours:** Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African time – subject to daylight savings.
-   **Public Holidays:** This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).
-   **Internet Requirements:** A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
-   **Power Backup:** Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
-   **Work Environment:** Fully remote.

**Job Responsibilities:**

-   Manage the recruitment process from **candidate sourcing through to successful placement and onboarding** of ABA professionals.
-   Identify and attract suitable candidates through **Indeed, job boards, recruitment platforms and proactive sourcing methods**.
-   Review CVs and applications to determine whether candidates meet the relevant **ABA, healthcare and RBT-related requirements**.
-   Conduct initial **telephone screenings and interviews** to assess candidates' experience, qualifications and suitability for ABA-related positions.
-   Evaluate candidates' exposure to **Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ABA therapy and behavioral healthcare environments**.
-   Arrange and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and clinical leadership, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
-   Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including **follow-ups, interview preparation, updates and next steps**.
-   Keep candidate information, recruitment stages and communication records **accurately updated within the relevant ATS and recruitment systems**.
-   Monitor recruitment activity, candidate pipelines and hiring progress to ensure **staffing requirements and recruitment deadlines** are consistently met.
-   Use recruitment productivity tools such as **TextExpander** to improve the efficiency and consistency of candidate communication.
-   Assist with the **onboarding and integration of successful hires**, working closely with operations and clinical teams to ensure all requirements are completed.
-   Collaborate with relevant teams and systems, including **CentralReach**, to support the onboarding and readiness of newly hired ABA professionals.
-   Develop and maintain a strong **talent pipeline of qualified ABA professionals** to support current and future staffing needs.
-   Ensure candidate records are accurate and provide timely recruitment updates to internal stakeholders.
-   Deliver a **professional, warm and positive candidate experience** while representing the client throughout the recruitment process.

## Requirements

**Required Soft Skills:**

-   Fluent and professional English communication.
-   Patient, friendly and professional phone demeanour.
-   Energetic and personable – you’ll be a key point of contact for candidates.
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruitment processes simultaneously.
-   Strong follow-up skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Technical Skills:**

-   Strong computer literacy and confidence working with online recruitment platforms.
-   Experience using **recruitment platforms/job boards such as Indeed**.
-   Experience with **Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)** is advantageous.
-   Familiarity with **ClickUp, Calendly, Apploi, TextExpander or similar platforms** is advantageous.
-   Confident navigating **MS Office and Outlook**.

**Preferred Experience (Not Required):**

-   **Previous recruitment experience is required**, preferably within a high-volume or healthcare recruitment environment.
-   Experience recruiting **RBTs, Behavior Technicians, ABA Therapists or other behavioral/healthcare professionals** is highly advantageous.
-   Understanding of **ABA therapy, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and RBT certification requirements** is highly advantageous.
-   Experience managing candidates through the **full recruitment lifecycle**, from sourcing and screening through to onboarding.
-   Experience working with **US-based clients or candidates** is advantageous.
