### Account specific roles and responsibilities

-   Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
-   Review and verify employee timesheets, attendance, overtime, and leave records.
-   Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll records.
-   Process new hires, employee status changes, and direct deposits in the payroll system.
-   Answer incoming phone calls and respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months of Payroll experience
-   Accounts Payable experience is an advantage
-   BPO experience is a PLUS
-   Proficient in using MS Excel
-   Good verbal and written communication skills
-   Willing to work onsite in **Buendia, Makati** or **Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shift
