**Account specific roles and responsibilities  
**

-   Review and process authorization requests from insurance companies.
-   Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
-   Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed by the end of the day, with no pending items.
-   Track and monitor task completion and provide timely updates to the direct team lead.

## Requirements

-   Basic knowledge about Medicare and Medicaid           
-   At least 1 year BPO Healthcare Experience
-   Has experience reviewing medical records, processing authorization, and verifying benefits

-   Good verbal and written English skills
-   With good attention to details
-   Must be willing to work on-site in **Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shifts
