**Roles and Responsibilities:**

-   Screening resumes and candidates - through e-mail, phone call and web (100% English)
-   Facilitating quality interviews
-   Negotiating salary and hiring requirements with stakeholders
-   Attending job fairs and hiring events
-   Generating reports for the Recruitment leadership and company stakeholders as needed
-   Tracking staffing information and properly maintaining employee database
-   Communicating effectively with candidates
-   Managing background and reference checks

## Requirements

-   With a Bachelor's degree in Psych, HR, Business Ad, Behavioral Science, or similar
-   With at least 6 months of recruitment experience (fresh grads can apply)
-   With Excellent verbal and written English skills
-   Must be familiar with MS Tools
-   Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
