**Roles and responsibilities:**

-   Assist customers with **flight bookings, reservations, and schedule inquiries**.
-   Handle customer requests regarding **flight cancellations and changes**.
-   Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
-   Provide accurate information regarding **flight schedules, booking policies, and travel-related services**.
-   Assist customers in finding appropriate solutions based on airline policies and procedures.
-   Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
-   Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
-   Deliver a positive customer experience through clear, courteous, and effective communication.

## Requirements

-   No BPO experience and fresh grads can apply!
-   At least 6 months BPO experience
-   Familiarity with Amadeus GDS is a PLUS
-   Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
-   Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
-   Amenable working in shifting schedules
