**Responsibilities:**

-   Draft, review, and post invoices accurately in the client’s accounting system
-   Perform statement reviews to ensure completeness and resolve discrepancies
-   Identify and assign appropriate General Ledger (GL) codes for transactions
-   Conduct month-end activities, including purchase journal reviews
-   Communicate with vendors to address inquiries, discrepancies, and payment concerns
-   Provide regular updates to internal counterparts and clients on daily task completion and status

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
-   At least 6 months of experience in accounts payable.
-   Detailed oriented and organized.
-   Good verbal and written English skills
-   Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Willing to work onsite in **Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shift
