**Account specific roles and responsibilities**

-   Accurately encode and process invoices received from vendors and internal departments.
-   Post invoices into the financial system in a timely manner for approval and subsequent payment.
-   Identify and flag invoices requiring rejection and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
-   Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies during invoice processing.
-   Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or missing information on invoices.
-   Maintain organized records of all invoices processed for audit and tracking purposes.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.

-   At least 6 months of experience in accounts payable.
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
-   Willing to work onsite in **Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shift
