**Roles and Responsibilities:**

-   Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for patients.
-   Assist in rescheduling or reallocating resources when absences or changes occur.
-   Provide administrative support to client such as Credentialing and expirable follow-ups.

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare Account
-   Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Proficiency in using MS Tools
-   Excellent verbal and written English skills
-   Willing to work onsite in **Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shift
