**Account specific roles and responsibilities:**

-   Oversee daily operations of Accounting agents

-   Conduct training, coaching, providing insights and action plans for improvement.

-   Analyze and report on productivity metrics, including attendance, end-of-day reports, and compliance with company protocols.

-   Ensure the client is updated on key program activities, issues, and concerns through calls, emails, meetings, and reports.

-   Process invoices and payments

-   Review, approve, and validate GL codes

-   Communicate with clients regarding discrepancies or inquiries related to assigned tasks

-   Perform other supervisory tasks as required.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
-   Proven experience in the accounting field (AP, AR, Bookkeeping, Auditing)
-   At least 6 months of experience as a Team Leader
-   Proficient in using MS Tools
-   Excellent verbal and written skills
-   Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
-   Amenable working night shift
