**Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities:**

-   Review and verify therapy session notes (e.g., ABA, OT, PT, ST) for accuracy, clarity, and completeness
-   Ensure all documentation complies with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and internal quality standards
-   Cross-check session details such as dates, times, duration, service type, and provider information
-   Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or potential compliance issues
-   Provide feedback to providers or clinicians regarding documentation errors or gaps
-   Coordinate with billing teams to resolve documentation issues affecting claims or reimbursements
-   Maintain confidentiality and uphold data privacy standards at all times
-   Use EHR platforms and QA tools to conduct thorough and efficient reviews

## Requirements

-   Must have working knowledge with US Healthcare
-   With back-office experience, preferably in a BPO or healthcare-related setting
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and documentation
-   Familiarity with insurance processes, medical-related industries, and ABAstandards is highly preferred
