## Description

**ISTA Solutions**, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced **Financial Auditor** to join our rapidly expanding team. **Account specific roles and responsibilities:**

-   Audit medical and healthcare-related bills against benefits platform records on a recurring basis
-   Identify discrepancies such as payments for ineligible or terminated employees, Incorrect charges or mismatched enrollment data
-   Reconcile billing data and validate accuracy of charges
-   Document findings clearly using standardized templates and processes
-   Upload audit results and reports to a secure shared file system
-   Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve reconciliation workflows
-   Flag trends or recurring issues that may impact client costs or operations
-   Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive healthcare and employee data

## Requirements

-   6 months - 1 year BPO experience
-   Must have keen attention to detail
-   Healthcare account experience is a PLUS, not required
-   Must know how to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook
-   Good verbal and written English skills
-   Willing to work ONSITE in **Buendia, Makati**
-   Amenable working **night shifts**
