# EDI Support Staff

## Description

**Job Description:**

-   Handle daily EDI transaction tasks and keep things moving
-   Spot and troubleshoot EDI errors/failures as they come up
-   Work directly with trading partners to keep data flowing smoothly
-   Help with basic setup and configuration of EDI processes
-   Team up with SPS Commerce support, our EDI application, and ERP system to dig into and resolve EDI issues
-   Contribute to documentation and keep internal teams informed
-   Take on additional support tasks as needed

## Requirements

**What we're looking for:**

-   3-5 years of experience
-   Some hands-on EDI experience (850s, 855s, 856s, 810s, etc.) is a big plus
-   Comfortable with EDI platforms (SPS Commerce experience preferred) and ERP systems
-   Solid communicator, both with both trading partners and internal teams
-   Organized and detail-oriented when it comes to documentation
-   Able to work US time zone hours
