## Description

We're looking for a highly driven **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns that generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leveraging **HubSpot, AI tools, and automation** to streamline workflows, personalize outreach, and improve results.

### What You'll Do

-   Build and manage outbound campaigns in HubSpot
-   Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers
-   Create personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
-   Leverage AI tools for prospecting, research, and content creation
-   Manage and maintain accurate CRM data
-   Run A/B tests and optimize campaign performance
-   Schedule and coordinate qualified discovery meetings
-   Track and report on outreach performance

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   1-3 years of SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or demand generation experience
-   Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot
-   Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-   Experience with cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
-   Strong organizational and data management skills
-   Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel

### Nice to Have

-   Experience selling into marketing, technology, SaaS, or agency environments
-   Familiarity with Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
-   Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation strategies

-   Continuously improves outreach performance through testing and automation
