## Description

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

●    **New Loan Onboarding:** Confirm document completeness; prepare a list of future recurring tasks; prepare the welcome letter; maintain the contact list.

●    **Borrower Reporting and Monthly Monitoring:** Track receipt of Borrower reporting packages; chase missing items; maintain a reporting log; summarize exceptions.

●    **Draw Review and Budget Tracking:** Review construction, tax, insurance, and FF&E disbursement requests; reconcile data and invoice backup where AI flagged issues; update the draw and budget tracker after approval; review exceptions and issues with TCGRE deal team members; maintain approval evidence.

●    **Reserve Tracking:** Validate Reserve (tax, insurance, FF&E) balances and assumptions; maintain a reserve schedule; elevate any potential future issues with TCGRE deal team members.

●    **Covenant and Guarantor Compliance:** Collect and validate Guarantor financial statements against loan covenants; maintain covenant history; prepare the quarterly guarantor financial summary.

●    **Construction Reporting and Milestones:** Confirm receipt of construction consultant reports for all construction deals; update the milestone tracker; coordinate missing information.

●    **Property Performance (Leasing and Sales):** Maintain a property performance tracker; prepare monthly recurring sales and leasing reports; review settlement statements related to individual condo closings.

●    **Quarterly Portfolio Reporting:** Update TCGRE Excel asset management models; produce Quarterly Portfolio Management Report.

## Requirements

●    2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, in particular real estate debt and/or asset management.

●    Proficient English speaking and writing.

●    Strong Intermediate Excel financial model literacy.

●    Excellent process discipline and follow-up habits.

●    Comfortable using AI tools as a standard part of daily work, while validating outputs against source documents.
