This is an opportunity to work closely with an experienced advisor in an established, relationship-driven practice where your contributions will be visible and meaningful.

The right person will enjoy building relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and taking ownership of responsibilities from start to finish.

**Why Join Neill Wealth Partners?**

This is more than an administrative support role. The Client Service Specialist will have the opportunity to become an important part of the client experience and the continued growth of the practice.

- Join a **woman-owned wealth management practice** led by a CFP® professional with more than 20 years of experience.
- Work closely with an experienced advisor and play a meaningful role in an established, relationship-driven business.
- Help clients navigate important financial decisions involving **retirement, investments, tax planning, estate planning, and major life events**.
- Develop meaningful client relationships and make a visible impact on the overall client experience.
- Work in a flexible environment with opportunities for **increased responsibility, professional development, and long-term growth**.
- Take ownership of projects and contribute ideas that improve processes and enhance the way the practice serves its clients.

**Position Overview**

The Client Service Specialist serves as an important point of contact for clients and supports the advisor with day-to-day client service, scheduling, client communications, record management, and administrative and operational responsibilities.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, relationship-focused, and comfortable taking initiative. The successful candidate will be someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally with clients, identify what needs to be done, and follow through without requiring constant direction.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Service & Relationship Management**

- Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client service requests and inquiries.
- Respond to client questions and requests in a timely, professional, and service-oriented manner.

- Coordinate client communications related to upcoming appointments.
- Help ensure action items and client requests are appropriately tracked and completed.
- Provide administrative and operational support to keep the practice organized and running efficiently.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Update client information, notes, and other relevant documentation.
- Organize and maintain client files and supporting documentation.
- Assist with records retention and document management requirements.
- Help ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Support office and practice management activities as needed.

**Culture & Environment**

Neill Wealth Partners is looking for someone who wants to **contribute**, not simply complete a checklist.

The practice values:

- **Ownership:** Employees are trusted to take responsibility for their work and see projects through to completion.
- **Initiative:** Team members are encouraged to identify opportunities, solve problems, and suggest better ways of doing things.
- **Kindness & professionalism:** The practice believes clients should feel respected, valued, and well cared for in every interaction.
- **Independent thinking:** Employees are encouraged to think critically and make sound decisions rather than waiting for direction on every task.
- **Communication & accountability:** Open communication, dependability, and strong follow-through are essential.
- **Continuous improvement:** Team members have opportunities to help shape the continued growth and evolution of the practice.

**Ideal Candidate**

The ideal candidate is:

- **Service-oriented** and genuinely enjoys helping clients.
- **Highly organized** with strong attention to detail.
- **Proactive and self-motivated**, with the ability to take ownership without constant direction.
- **Relationship-focused** and committed to building trust with clients.
- **Dependable** with strong follow-through.
- **Professional and approachable** in all client interactions.
- **Adaptable and flexible** when priorities change.
- Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a professional, client-focused environment.
- Someone who enjoys learning and wants opportunities to grow professionally.
- Someone who takes pride in creating a positive, consistent, and exceptional client experience.

Within the role, the successful candidate will build strong client relationships, anticipate client needs, handle requests promptly and professionally, maintain accurate records, keep administrative processes organized, and help the advisor and practice operate efficiently.

Over time, this person will become someone the practice can rely on to identify what needs attention, take ownership, solve problems, and contribute ideas that make the practice and client experience better.
