## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline relevant to the position.
-   Professional certifications and memberships such as PMP, MRICS, LEED, or relevant engineering council registration are highly desirable.
-   Demonstrated experience on major construction, infrastructure, or mixed-use development projects.
-   Previous experience with a PMC, Supervision Consultant, or Contractor.
-   Stable career history with progressive responsibilities relevant to the position is preferred.
-   Fluent in English (written and spoken).
-   Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
-   Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
-   Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply.
