## Description

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is a leading Joint Venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, established to deliver world-class program management services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments.

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager - Architecture & Finishes to join JASARA PMC. Lead procurement of architectural, finishes and building product categories, ensuring standardization, commercial leverage and supplier capacity across residential product tiers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop category strategies for architectural finishes and building products.
-   Lead market engagement, PQQ, RFP, tender evaluation, BAFO and award activities.
-   Coordinate with design specification consultants to align specifications with market capability.
-   Manage technical and commercial evaluation interfaces for architectural categories.
-   Balance cost, quality, standardization, lead time and warranty obligations.
-   Prepare award recommendations and support approvals.

## Requirements

-   10+ years procurement experience, preferably in architectural finishes, fit-out or building materials.
-   Experience managing tenders for construction products and finishes.
-   Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope.
-   Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments.
-   Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement records.
