## Description

Support Jasara’s growth objectives by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, while leading bid preparation and proposal management to strengthen the company’s market presence and revenue generation.

-   Lead business development and client engagement activities to support growth targets.
-   Identify and pursue new opportunities across public and private sector clients.
-   Manage and coordinate bid and proposal preparation processes from opportunity identification through submission.
-   Develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
-   Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
-   Prepare presentations, proposals, and business cases for prospective clients.
-   Support contract negotiations and the successful conversion of opportunities into awarded projects.
-   Maintain and report on the business development pipeline, pursuits, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

## Requirements

-   **Bachelor’s degree in engineering** or a related discipline.
-   **Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development and/or proposal management**.
-   **Strong local experience in bid preparation, bid management, and proposal development within a reputable engineering consultancy or project management organization in KSA**.
-   Proven track record in securing new business and supporting revenue growth.
-   Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
-   Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple pursuits simultaneously
