## Description

JASARA PMC is a joint venture between Jacobs, Aramco, and PIF, operating in the civil engineering sector and supporting complex, high-impact projects. The company brings together deep industry expertise and a collaborative approach to help deliver major infrastructure and development programs with strong standards of planning, execution, and oversight.

As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in guiding project execution and helping teams deliver against critical objectives. This role is suited to someone who can bring structure, leadership, and sound judgment to complex project environments while working effectively across a broad range of stakeholders.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead project planning, scheduling, and delivery across multiple stakeholder groups.
-   Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
-   Monitor project scope, budget, risks, and quality throughout execution.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   Bachelor of Science in construction management, engineering, architecture, or an equivalent field.
-   15+ years of project management experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
-   Experience managing infrastructure PMC projects.
-   Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors and reporting to client-side leadership.
-   PMP certification.
-   Saudi Council of Engineers registration.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience with project controls and planning tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
-   Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction ERP or reporting systems.
-   PE license.
