## Description

JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our talented team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide accurate cost estimates, financial reporting, and effective contract administration. Your expertise will help the team navigate complexities and contribute to the successful execution of our projects.

### Responsibilities

-   Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and detailed budgets for construction projects.
-   Review and assess contractor bids and proposals.
-   Monitor project costs, analyzing variances to ensure budget compliance.
-   Manage procurement processes and contract negotiations.
-   Conduct site visits to ensure project milestones are met and costs are controlled.
-   Generate regular financial reports and present findings to stakeholders.
-   Advise on cost-effective solutions and value engineering opportunities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
-   7+ years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
-   Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management.
-   Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
-   Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Knowledge of local construction practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia is advantageous.
