## Description

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced Procurement Lead (Director) to oversee and lead our procurement operations at a strategic level. This role involves providing leadership and direction to the procurement department while ensuring alignment with the organization's overall goals and project requirements. The Procurement Lead will drive procurement strategies, optimize supply chain efficiencies, and foster strong vendor relationships to support the successful delivery of Giga projects.

-   Lead and manage the procurement function across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
-   Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
-   Provide strategic direction and guidance to procurement teams to achieve operational excellence.
-   Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
-   Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with project objectives.
-   Monitor procurement performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
-   Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
-   Over 20 years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
-   Proven track record in managing procurement for large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
-   Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
-   Comprehensive knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.
-   Ability to lead and develop high-performing procurement teams.
-   Experience with procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
