## Description

Jasara Program Management Company is a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, established to elevate the delivery of social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. Working across complex, high-impact initiatives aligned with Vision 2030, the company delivers solutions-based program management that helps shape the built environment at scale.

As Director - Landscape and Public Realm, you will provide strategic leadership for landscape and urban realm initiatives across major infrastructure programs. This role is positioned to influence how public spaces are planned, coordinated, and delivered, while partnering with design, delivery, and public-sector stakeholders to help create high-quality, lasting environments.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead landscape and public realm strategy across major infrastructure programs.
-   Oversee design coordination with consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders.
-   Ensure public realm projects meet quality, budget, and schedule targets.
-   Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering parks, streetscapes, and urban realm improvements.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture, urban design, or a related field.
-   18 years of experience in landscape and public realm leadership, including leading large-scale projects.
-   Experience delivering major parks, streetscapes, and urban realm improvement projects, including multi-package infrastructure programs.
-   Strong knowledge of design standards, sustainability principles, and regulatory compliance for landscape and public realm projects.
-   Experience with Saudi Arabia or broader GCC public-sector delivery, including local approvals and regulatory coordination.
-   Proven ability to engage government authorities, consultants, contractors, and executive program sponsors.
