**Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)**

**Lead Engineer – (Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, utilities, etc.)**

**Role Overview**  
Lead the discipline-specific supervision activities and provide technical leadership to the supervision team, ensuring that the Contractor's works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead and coordinate the discipline supervision team.
-   Review Contractor's drawings, technical submittals, method statements, RFIs, and material submissions.
-   Supervise and verify Contractor's works for compliance with approved documents and specifications.
-   Coordinate discipline interfaces with other engineering teams and stakeholders.
-   Monitor construction progress and identify technical issues, risks, and deviations.
-   Review and support resolution of technical queries and site issues.
-   Conduct site inspections and ensure proper close-out of observations and NCRs.
-   Provide technical input to progress meetings and project reports.

## Requirements

**Minimum Requirements**

-   Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline.
-   **12+ years of relevant experience**, preferably in major construction/infrastructure projects.
-   Minimum 5 years Previous experience in a **Lead Engineer / Senior Lead Engineer** or equivalent role.
-   Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, specifications, and construction practices.
-   Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

·       Professional engineering registration/accreditation where applicable.

·       Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration

**Preferred Certifications**

-   PMP®
-   RIBA,RIAI or recognized Equivalent
