We are currently building a talent pool of qualified professionals for anticipated project requirements across multiple regions of Saudi Arabia.

**Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)**

**Junior Engineer / Fresh Graduate (Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, utilities, etc.)**

**Role Overview**  
Support the supervision team in monitoring construction activities, conducting inspections, reviewing documentation, and ensuring that works are progressing in accordance with approved project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Assist senior engineers with daily site supervision and inspections.
-   Monitor Contractor activities and report observations to the assigned Engineer.
-   Assist with reviewing drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.
-   Record site observations, progress, and inspection findings.
-   Support quality inspections and verification of completed works.
-   Assist in tracking outstanding works, defects, and corrective actions.
-   Participate in coordination meetings and site walks.
-   Support project documentation, reporting, testing, and handover activities.

## Requirements

**Minimum Requirements**

-   Bachelor's degree in **Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Infrastructure, Utilities Engineering**, or relevant discipline.
-   **0–3 years of experience**
-   Basic understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction processes.
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.
-   **Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration**.
