**Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)**

**Senior Quantity Surveyor**

  
Provide senior commercial and cost management support within the Supervision Consultant team, reviewing Contractor valuations, variations, measurements, and commercial submissions.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Review Contractor interim payment applications and measurements.
-   Verify quantities and completed works in coordination with site teams.
-   Review variations, claims, and additional works.
-   Monitor project costs against the approved budget.
-   Review Contractor commercial submissions and supporting documentation.
-   Identify potential cost impacts and commercial risks.
-   Maintain quantity and cost records.
-   Provide commercial input to project reports and meetings.
-   Support contract administration and final account activities.

**Project Locations**

Potential opportunities may arise across:

-   Central Region (Riyadh)
-   Western Region (Jeddah)
-   Western Region (Makkah - Madinah)
-   Eastern Region (Khobar - Dammam)
-   Southern Region (Aseer - Jazan – Najran)

## Requirements

**Minimum Requirements**

-   Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
-   **15+ years of relevant experience**.
-   Previous experience in construction supervision/consultancy.
-   Strong experience in measurement, valuations, variations, claims, and cost control.
-   Strong understanding of BOQs, drawings, specifications, and construction costs.
