### Key Responsibilities

-   Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project controls integration.
-   Analyze project performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
-   Facilitate stakeholder communications and reporting sessions.
-   Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
-   Mentor and guide junior project controls staff to enhance team capabilities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
-   Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project controls, with direct involvement in mixed-use developments.
-   Strong knowledge of project controls tools, software, and methodologies.
-   Proven ability to manage complex project schedules and budgets.
-   Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
-   Experience working in the Middle East region is an advantage.
