## Description

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced BIM Manager to lead the Building Information Modeling initiatives within the organization. The BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing BIM strategy, implementation, and management across multiple projects to ensure seamless collaboration, improved design accuracy, and enhanced project delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in BIM technologies and workflows who can work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM processes effectively.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop, implement, and manage BIM standards, procedures, and workflows to support project requirements.
-   Coordinate BIM activities across design, engineering, construction, and operations teams to foster collaboration and integration.
-   Lead BIM model reviews, clash detection, and ensure model quality and compliance with project standards.
-   Provide training and mentorship to project teams to enhance BIM capabilities and adoption.
-   Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend improvements.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders to align BIM processes with project goals and regulatory requirements.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
-   Minimum 10 years of professional experience in BIM management with demonstrated success in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
-   Expertise in BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
-   Strong knowledge of international BIM standards, including ISO 19650.
-   Proven leadership and team management skills with excellent communication abilities.
-   Experience working within the Middle East construction industry and familiarity with regional standards and regulations is advantageous.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
