**HSE Officer RP03 (EOI)**

**Role Overview**

Support the implementation and monitoring of HSE requirements across construction activities, ensuring safe working practices and compliance with project and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Monitor daily construction activities for HSE compliance.
-   Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices.
-   Ensure Contractor compliance with approved HSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments.
-   Monitor toolbox talks, permits, and safe work practices.
-   Support incident reporting and investigation.
-   Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
-   Participate in HSE meetings, audits, and awareness activities.
-   Prepare HSE observations, inspection reports, and daily/weekly reports.
-   Escalate significant HSE risks and violations to the HSE Manager.

## Requirements

**Minimum Requirements**

-   Experience in construction supervision or major civil engineering projects.
-   Experience working directly with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives on site.
-   Good knowledge of HSE procedures and site safety requirements.
-   Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
-   Diploma or BSc in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
-   10+ years of relevant HSE experience preferred.
-   Good knowledge of risk assessments is a plus.

**Preferred Certifications**

-   NEBOSH IGC
-   IOSH
-   First Aid / CPR
