**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Urban Design Engineer** with approximately **15+ years of professional experience** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **building projects, urban design, master planning, and multidisciplinary design coordination**, preferably gained within a **Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or leading Design Consultancy** environment.

The candidate will be responsible for providing senior-level technical and design leadership, coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with design intent, quality standards, and project requirements.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline**.
-   **15+ years of relevant professional experience**, preferably on large-scale building, mixed-use, urban development, or master planning projects.
-   Strong experience working with **PMC organizations, design consultants, engineering consultancies, or multidisciplinary project teams**.
-   Proven experience in **building projects and large-scale developments**, with an understanding of the relationship between building design and the surrounding urban environment.
-   Strong knowledge of **urban planning, site planning, development planning, circulation, public realm, and spatial design principles**.
-   Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and reviewing design deliverables.
-   Ability to understand and interpret architectural, engineering, planning, and technical drawings.
-   Strong knowledge of relevant **planning regulations, building codes, design standards, and authority requirements**.
-   Excellent communication, coordination, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
-   Proficiency in relevant design and technical software such as **AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, SketchUp, Revit, or other urban design/planning tools** is preferred.
-   **Saudi Nationals preferred.**
