## Description

JASARA PMC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the role of Infrastructure Director - Mixed Use. This senior position requires a seasoned professional with at least 15 years of experience to lead and oversee infrastructure projects across mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives, ensuring integration across multiple project components.

  

### Responsibilities:

-   Lead the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure for mixed-use projects.
-   Develop and execute strategic infrastructure plans aligned with overall project goals.
-   Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
-   Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in infrastructure development, specifically in mixed-use projects.
-   Proven leadership experience managing large-scale, complex infrastructure initiatives.
-   Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure design, construction, and project management methodologies.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
-   Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
-   Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in infrastructure projects.
-   Relevant certifications such as PMP, PE, or equivalent are advantageous.
