The ideal candidate will be an expert in technical product development, product marketing, roadmap implementation, user experience design, documentation, customer experience and integration with technical systems. **What does Expert Product – Digital Lending do?** We're looking for a product builder, not just a product manager. Someone who thrives in ambiguity, challenges assumptions, thinks from first principles, and can independently take an idea from concept to launch. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing customer problems with business stakeholders and technical implementation details with engineering teams. They have a strong product mindset, excellent execution capabilities, and a relentless focus on delivering products that create measurable customer and business value. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital lending products from ideation, discovery, business case development, PRD creation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization. - Build and scale products by identifying customer pain points, validating hypotheses, and rapidly iterating based on user feedback and business outcomes. - Define product vision, roadmap, and execution plans aligned with company strategy and commercial objectives. - Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation. - Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Risk, Data Science, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable products. - Drive technical discussions with engineering teams and make informed product decisions by understanding APIs, system architecture, integrations, and platform constraints. - Analyze customer behavior, market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and improve existing products. - Define and monitor product KPIs including adoption, activation, engagement, conversion, revenue, portfolio performance, delinquency, and customer satisfaction. - Lead product discovery workshops, solution design sessions, UAT, go-live planning, and post-launch performance reviews. - Champion customer-centric design and continuously improve user experience across digital lending journeys. - Prioritize features based on business impact, technical feasibility, customer value, and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with analytics teams to leverage data for product decisions and identify optimization opportunities. - Ensure products comply with regulatory, risk, and governance requirements while maintaining exceptional customer experience. - Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable product capabilities. _JazzCash is an equal opportunity employer.
